About the role
- Managing and organising the daily workload ensuring activities are performed within defined deadlines.
- Reviewing transaction documentation from an operational perspective.
- Collaborating and coordinating with team members to cover all operational aspects of loan closing processes.
- Managing drawdowns, rollovers, rate sets, secondary transfers, payments etc.
- Calculating commitment and guarantee fees.
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Setting up transaction static data in internal loan databases (One View, Solvas).
- Reconciling client and transactional bank accounts.
- Dealing with audit requests.
- Checking and verifying work of the other team members and providing training and oversight of junior members of the Client Services team.
- In conjunction with the team Manager, developing processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge and experience within loans agency
- Knowledge of syndicated loans
- Ability to carry out loan related calculations
- Loan documentation review experience
- Good technology skills and ability to work with loan administration and payment systems
- Professional approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
