About the role
- Full P&L ownership and delivery inclusive of IBP, monthly reporting, trade management
- Develop and implement strategic action plans to drive towards targets and deliver results
- Monitor brand, competitive and category performance with syndicated data
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes/optimization to brand strategies
- Develop and implement annual brand plans
- Develop and launch innovation in partnership with centers of excellence
- Partner with RGM to deliver PPA strategy and path to profitability
- Maximize revenue and profitability of assigned groups
- Navigate risks and opportunities to annual plans
- Monitor timelines and key milestones to ensure efficient, on-time delivery
- Own the strategy and briefing process for new marketing initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage a direct report
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in CPG industry
- Passionate and knowledgeable about health & wellness
- P&L/budget management experience
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and deal with ambiguity
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders
- Experience managing direct reports (manages 1 direct report - Assistant Brand Manager)
- Experience with integrated business planning (IBP), monthly reporting, trade management
