About the role

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
  • Source and screen candidates for entry to midlevel roles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Highly proficient in internet searches using methodologies such as Boolean Searches
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated selling skills and a Hunter’s mentality
