About the role
- Primary liaison between assigned brand team and customer teams
- Actively support customer sales teams in achieving sales and profit goals
- Lead commercialization of brand plans across channels
- Guide customer-specific product initiatives through the stage gate process
- Develop and maintain sales tools and presentation materials
- Represent brand strategy during sell-in meetings
- Support execution of shopper marketing programs
- Build and leverage strong relationships with cross functional counterparts
Requirements
- Bachelors/University degree in Business Administration, MBA Preferred
- 8+ years sales, brand, channel/trade marketing, customer planning and customer strategy experience in North America
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Managing projects in a matrixed environment within CPG
- Exposure to multiple retail classes of trade – E-commerce, Mass, Club, Grocery, Specialty/Department, Dollar, Drug
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with syndicated data tools (NIQ, SPINS, Tableau) and MS Office
