About the role

  • Primary liaison between assigned brand team and customer teams
  • Actively support customer sales teams in achieving sales and profit goals
  • Lead commercialization of brand plans across channels
  • Guide customer-specific product initiatives through the stage gate process
  • Develop and maintain sales tools and presentation materials
  • Represent brand strategy during sell-in meetings
  • Support execution of shopper marketing programs
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with cross functional counterparts

Requirements

  • Bachelors/University degree in Business Administration, MBA Preferred
  • 8+ years sales, brand, channel/trade marketing, customer planning and customer strategy experience in North America
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Managing projects in a matrixed environment within CPG
  • Exposure to multiple retail classes of trade – E-commerce, Mass, Club, Grocery, Specialty/Department, Dollar, Drug
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with syndicated data tools (NIQ, SPINS, Tableau) and MS Office
