About the role

  • Take over sales from the initial meeting: You take qualified leads after the first contact/booking and guide them through the funnel in a structured way.
  • Lead discovery & stakeholder management: You clarify needs, use cases and the decision-making logic (buying committee) and perform thorough qualification.
  • Demos & value storytelling: You conduct product demos, translate requirements into an appropriate solution and clearly articulate the business value.
  • PoV/Pilot & closing: You plan and manage proof-of-value/pilots, prepare proposals and lead negotiations (including Legal/Procurement) to close deals.
  • Handover & pipeline excellence: You ensure a solid handover to our Customer Success team and keep the CRM, next steps and forecast reliably up to date.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS/startup/scaleup environment with a strong outbound focus
  • Experience with consultative/value-based selling, sales-funnel management, sequencing and rigorous qualification
  • Confident use of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Fluent in German & English (at least C1)
  • Interest in sustainability is a plus
