• Develop and flawlessly execute customer lifecycle strategies across email and SMS to drive engagement and enrollments.
• Own optimization and testing priorities, segmentation, and personalization strategy across lifecycle stages.
• Build, test, and optimize automation workflows (conversion, winback, cross-sell, etc.) in HubSpot, and help inform future ESP platform decisions that support growth and efficiency.
• Partner with Analytics to optimize Looker dashboards and track performance against key lifecycle KPIs.
• Run A/B tests, analyze performance data, and synthesize insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage audience health and data hygiene across CRM and marketing automation systems to ensure strong deliverability and performance visibility.
• Manage and mentor a small team of lifecycle marketing specialists, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, and Creative to ensure messaging alignment and cross-channel consistency.
• Identify opportunities to scale lifecycle impact through process improvements, tooling, and automation.

• Record authentic, engaging videos illustrating AI leadership concepts and demonstrating tools/technologies
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Design team to map lessons, exercises, video outlines, and live session agendas
• Inspire learners, build confidence, and help them adopt and integrate AI into leadership practice
• Optimize learner engagement, retention, and success
• Deliverables include on-demand content, a hands-on Playbook project, and input/review on live session agendas
• Time commitment: ~35–40 hours over 6–7 weeks (kickoff, working sessions, content development, video recording, review)
