About the role
- Maintain an end-to-end overview of the digital initiative portfolio
- Own and update capacity and demand views across domains
- Provide structured decision material for portfolio steering and investment decisions
- Support effective tactical planning by clarifying priorities
- Track value realization and follow up on objectives
- Own and improve portfolio reporting and transparency
Requirements
- Several years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or similar roles
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a global setting
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and decision support
- Comfortable highlighting risks and supporting prioritization
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently when needed
- Experience with digital product development or IT delivery environments (Desirable)
- Experience with value tracking or financial follow‑up (Desirable)
