• Responsible for managing the day to day Used Serviceable Material business and its performance
• Supports GKN’s scrap replacement and USM sales programs
• Manages all activities with regards to GKN’s USM partner(s)
• Develops new customers/sales opportunities
• Coordinates technical interfaces when customers and supplier require technical service
• Determines a USM forecast of the customers’ product sales volume
• Performs a market search for new/used part inventory for sale/replacement on customer orders
• Collaborates with the global sales team to promote USM scrap replacement/sales
