• Must possess a very high level of engineering functional knowledge (typically Technical Excellence Framework level 4 or higher in the appropriate Area of Expertise) with extensive experience of working/interfacing with other Engineering & Manf. Eng. disciplines (including customers and suppliers) in order to verify and approve deliverables successfully across multiple project team(s).
• Must possess a level of technical expertise especially in the Aerospace industry and in the functional area the project/program is responsible for (eg. Design, Analysis, EWIS, etc.) in order to successfully support the tasks in the work package of the program.
• Must possess a very high level of technical problem solving skills.
