About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Planning & Scheduling team.
  • Own and manage weekly MPS cycles, monthly SIOP/IBP reviews, and daily shop-floor scheduling.
  • Validate MPS feasibility by balancing capacity, inventory targets, material availability, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate capacity models and ensure high-quality planning data across MRP.
  • Partner with Integrated Program Teams to reconcile forecasts and manage customer past dues.
  • Align shop-floor schedules with customer demand and inventory strategies to optimize execution.
  • Monitor and improve planning KPIs such as Master Schedule Adherence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of supply chain planning experience, including SIOP/IBP, MPS, and production scheduling.
  • APICS BSCM required; CPIM preferred.
  • Expertise in forecasting, MPS/MRP, and capacity planning.
  • Strong leadership, analytical skills, and cross-functional communication capability.
  • Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR.
