About the role
- Act as business partner to manufacturing process managers and leadership in assuring and improving manufacturing processes
- Provide Internal audit capability for assessment of manufacturing processes
- Plan, host, and support external audits
- Report non-compliances and highlight improvement opportunities
- Conduct daily walks through the shop floor to detect discrepancies
- Update monthly Internal Audits Report to GKN Corp.
- Support other Quality Activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree –OR- in lieu of degree, 1 year of experience in a quality, manufacturing role.
- Internal Auditor Certificate (AS9100 or ISO9001:2015)
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Reliable and satisfactory attendance is critical
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
