About the role
- Partnering with the Site Leadership Team to understand Operations goals, strategies and to identify opportunities to increase organizational effectiveness and productivity.
- Developing and executing human capital strategies and initiatives that enable growth, innovation, overall organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Driving corporate initiatives with the team and communicating how these programs fit in with the overall business and HR strategies.
- Building and cultivating strong partnerships with site leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies and execution.
- Driving goal achievement by creating and implementing HR initiatives tailored to business needs.
- Acting as an influential advisor and credible Human Resources Leader / Business Partner.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in human resources, business, or related discipline required.
- 10+ years of HR Generalist experience in all functional areas of human resource (staffing, compensation, benefits, labour law, etc.) including leadership experience as well as experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Resilient personality.
- Experience in human resources management in an aerospace manufacturing environment highly preferred.
- Experience with an HRIS and/or HRMS preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experienced with MS Office Suite.
