About the role
- Seeking a Front-End Developer proficient with HubSpot CMS to build themes, templates, and custom modules, optimize performance, and support marketing workflows across devices and browsers in a fully remote setup.

Optimize Core Web Vitals and performance: minify and defer assets, image optimization (responsive images, WebP), reduce render-blocking resources, and lazy-load media.
Implement and optimize HubSpot CMS features, performance, and cross-browser/device rendering; troubleshoot bugs and glitches.
Configure and maintain HubSpot assets (forms, blogs, landing pages) and support content editors with scalable, easy-to-edit solutions.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and stakeholders in fluent English to align requirements, branding, and user experience.
Use local dev tools, version control, and debugging tools; keep assets high-performing and reliable.
