About the role
- Partnering with hiring managers to define what they’re looking for in new hires
- Building a strong talent funnel through targeted sourcing, referrals, and networking
- Creating hiring infrastructure from job descriptions to interview plans
- Managing candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assessing talent through screening interviews and evaluations
- Managing projects and timelines to keep hiring teams on track
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience recruiting for hard-to-fill positions in a performance-driven environment
- Experience recruiting for a range of functions — operations, fundraising, finance, communications, tech, etc. in a high performing organization
- Strong analytical skills: ATS reporting, spreadsheets, and translating numbers and patterns into decisions and insights
- Experience designing, conducting, and improving interview and assessment processes
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools is a plus
- Willingness to collaborate with leaders with high expectations
