About the role

  • Own end-to-end forecasting and planning processes including company-level models and departmental budgets.
  • Lead strategic modeling in partnership with the VP of Finance and senior leadership.
  • Maintain and evolve the Drivetrain model architecture with emphasis on transparency and automation.
  • Deliver budget-to-actual analysis and KPI dashboards for accountability across functions.
  • Collaborate with Finance Ops Manager to streamline planning inputs and improve forecast hygiene.
  • Champion finance automation through self-serve dashboards and eliminating manual churn.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, payment/processing, or platform business models.
  • Proven track record owning company-wide planning cycles and operating models with multiple revenue streams.
  • Strong modeling skills (advanced Excel + experience with platforms such as Drivetrain or equivalent).
  • Experience with treasury or payments economics and scenario planning for complex business models.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to distill complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable building from scratch and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience enabling self-serve finance models and driving adoption of planning tools.
  • Executive presence to present to senior leadership and influence resource allocation.
