IT Support

• Own all IT operations end-to-end: device procurement & management, SaaS administration, and identity & access management.
• Administer our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform and maintain a healthy, secure fleet of Mac and Windows devices.
• Manage core business tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, 1Password, and more — and evaluate new ones as we grow.
• Lead IT onboarding and offboarding so every new hire has a great Day 1 (and every departure is handled cleanly).
• Own our Notion workspace as a core IT system: manage permissions and access controls, maintain structural integrity as we scale, and partner with teams to ensure it stays organized, useful, and secure.
• Stay ahead of AI tooling: evaluate, pilot, and govern AI tools across the business, establish guardrails for responsible use, manage access, and help teammates get the most out of tools like Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and others as they enter our stack.
• Build and maintain IT documentation and self-service resources that actually empower teammates to help themselves.
• Implement and maintain IT security fundamentals in close partnership with the Security Engineer: endpoint protection, MFA enforcement, and access controls — you own the IT and SaaS layer; the Security Engineer owns the production and cloud security layer.
• Own Vanta, our GRC platform — manage our compliance posture, track controls, coordinate evidence collection, and project manage our SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI certification programs end-to-end.
• Manage our current third-party IT partner (Mann) while building toward transitioning support in-house over time.
• Serve as the go-to for troubleshooting and support, not as a ticket-closer, but as a genuine partner to the team.
• Think proactively: identify gaps before they become problems and build the infrastructure for where we're going, not just where we are.

Senior IT & Business Continuity Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Build the fraud platform. Design and implement fraud detection and risk decisioning systems, rule engines, scoring pipelines, and event-driven risk signals.
• Build for operators. Create investigation and review tooling that helps our Trust & Safety operations team triage, investigate, and resolve cases efficiently. You care as much about internal UX as external.
• Help shape what we build next. You'll work closely with your manager, product, and operations stakeholders to identify where we're exposed, propose solutions, and help prioritize the roadmap. Your domain expertise matters here — we want your perspective on what we should be doing.
• Think like an adversary. Develop a deep understanding of fraud vectors in the fundraising and payments space: stolen cards, synthetic identities, friendly fraud, campaign abuse, and help us build systems that adapt as threats evolve.
• Strengthen payment integrity. Work across our payment systems to harden the transaction lifecycle against abuse. You don't need to be a payments expert on day one.

• Create and publish job postings for open roles
• Coordinate interview scheduling, rescheduling, and candidate communications for active searches.

• Serve as a strategic partner for nonprofit customers through short term, outcome-focused engagements, helping them achieve fundraising and donor engagement goals through Givebutter (this is a pooled motion, not a fixed book of business).
• Lead discovery, success planning, training, and strategic guidance that drive adoption, value realization, retention, and growth.
• Become a subject matter expert in Givebutter and connect platform capabilities to customer goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Continuously test and iterate on new ways to incorporate AI into your workflows, using it to support and improve the work being done while maintaining strong judgment and data hygiene.
• Identify customer risks and opportunities early, using AI, data and customer insights to guide proactive action.

• Support Givebutter's content production efforts by editing short-form video content for organic and paid channels

Sales Development Rep

• Hire, train/coach, and lead a team of SDRs who care mutually about quality lead sourcing and helping nonprofits scale their organizations.
• Develop emails, call talk tracks, and workflows that speak to Givebutter’s multiple ICPs; iterate consistently to form A/B test results and adjust towards greater success.
• Create and expand upon an SDR playbook; best opening and closing tactics, competitive advantages, coming with a point of view, penetrating specific verticals, and more.
• Approach strategy with an analytic mindset, using data, results, and experience to inform point of view (vs. purely anecdotal approach).
• Work closely with the Marketing teams to streamline and automate lead list creation, seamless transfer of leads to AEs, and increase book rate from calls.

Engineering Manager, Fundraising

Customer Support

• Respond to queries from users in a timely and accurate way via live chat and email
• Follow up with unresponsive users and leads to ensure their questions are resolved
• Proactively identify user needs and help customers implement specific features
• Analyze product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) and report them
