• Host and support 1:many and some 1:1 sessions focused on product usage, common fundraising use cases, and adoption milestones.
• Support customers post onboarding through structured, playbook-driven success motions.
• Guide customers through core Givebutter features, workflows, and best practices via email, Zoom, and phone.
• Deliver foundational fundraising guidance using established frameworks and resources.
• Respond to inbound customer questions and proactively address adoption blockers.
• Contribute to customer education by helping maintain and improve existing help content, guides, and training materials.
• Capture and route customer feedback to internal teams.

Customer Success Specialist

Marketing Operations

• Own and maintain the architecture and documentation of GTM processes, including lead enrichment, routing, lifecycle stage management, ensuring they are clearly documented and followed consistently.
• Support the GTM systems ecosystem (Lead Generation/Enrichment Software, CRM, sales engagement tools) by monitoring data quality, flagging system issues, and assisting with basic configuration and adoption efforts.

• Design and implement high-quality UI interactions and performant animations with attention to the subtle nuances of mobile interaction design.
• Bridge React Native with native module libraries to leverage platform-specific features and ensure seamless performance.
• Own features from conception to launch, proactively identifying opportunities from user requests (via Canny) and collaborating across engineering, design, and product teams.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and optimize API integrations for mobile performance and user experience.
• Manage and document bugs, technical decisions, and best practices while contributing to improvements in engineering standards, deployment infrastructure, testing, and performance.

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and implement full stack features using PHP/Laravel, React, and TypeScript across our fundraising, donor management, financial, and growth products.
• Build systems and interfaces that scale to handle millions of users, high-volume transactions, and seasonal traffic spikes.
• Work with APIs, third-party integrations, and payment systems to create seamless experiences for nonprofits.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers to shape user-friendly, impactful solutions.
