• Own onboarding and off-boarding for the global Support team members across multiple time zones.
• Oversee payroll coordination, HRIS data integrity, and compliance across EOR (Employer of Record) environments.

• Lead brand design initiatives across campaigns, product touchpoints, partnerships, and major marketing moments.
• Elevate the quality and consistency of brand expression across all channels.
• Identify gaps in how the brand is applied and introduce refinements that improve clarity, scalability, and cohesion.
• Lead updates and improvements to the brand system, including guidelines, templates, documentation, and component libraries.

• Develop and own the demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, and event channels and show a clear through line to pipeline and revenue targets.
• Build quarterly campaign plans with your team, aligning on goals, timelines, and resource allocation before execution begins.
• Partner with the outbound GTM function to ensure marketing-sourced leads are well-qualified and properly handed off.
• Review campaigns, copy, targeting strategies, and performance reports before they go live or get socialized upward.
• Own the reporting layer for the demand generation function — tracking MQLs, CPL, pipeline sourced, and conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.

• Manage review sites like G2, Capterra, and TrustPilot to generate reviews and increase Givebutter’s brand sentiment and reputation.
• Generate success stories through outreach to successful users that signal positive sentiment, working with the Content Marketing team to bring those stories to life.
• Own reporting for your key areas of the customer journey, building dashboards and reports that clearly communicate achievements and room for improvement.
