About the role
- Manage and monitor the performance of large teams of Data Administrators and Data Analysts on regional scale
- Hire team members and Team Leaders
- Provide professional support for the team: coach team members, set goals, evaluate skill development, develop individual action plans and train team as needed, being involved in talent management and succession planning
- Take relevant actions (termination, performance improvement plan) in case of escalated performance issues
- Responsible for salary review and promotions
- Create strong morale and spirit in the team
- Support the set-up and supervise the EDM Data/Information Management team
- Build constructive and effective relationships with EDM Teams and site teams
- Ensure that direct reports are contributing to data quality and timely execution of Master Data/Information Management activities
- Provide input for process improvement opportunities and drive implementation
Requirements
- University degree preferably in business administration or economics
- Fluent English level
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Master Data Management or any related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- SAP ERP knowledge is a plus
