About the role

  • Manage and monitor the performance of large teams of Data Administrators and Data Analysts on regional scale
  • Hire team members and Team Leaders
  • Provide professional support for the team: coach team members, set goals, evaluate skill development, develop individual action plans and train team as needed, being involved in talent management and succession planning
  • Take relevant actions (termination, performance improvement plan) in case of escalated performance issues
  • Responsible for salary review and promotions
  • Create strong morale and spirit in the team
  • Support the set-up and supervise the EDM Data/Information Management team
  • Build constructive and effective relationships with EDM Teams and site teams
  • Ensure that direct reports are contributing to data quality and timely execution of Master Data/Information Management activities
  • Provide input for process improvement opportunities and drive implementation

Requirements

  • University degree preferably in business administration or economics
  • Fluent English level
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Master Data Management or any related field
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • SAP ERP knowledge is a plus
