About the role
- Collaborate within a consulting team of consultants and developers to support clients in the implementation, customization and further development of nscale, d.velop Documents and other software solutions
- Support workshops to analyze processes and information objects (documents, data) as well as technical infrastructures
- Contribute to the development of business and technical concepts, as well as the optimization of business processes and integration of IT systems
- Take on smaller customization and administration tasks or qualify customer requirements for the development team
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, business cases, presentations and decision papers
Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus on (business) computer science, information management or a comparable qualification
- Strong IT affinity and initial professional experience in the DMS field (career changers welcome)
- Ideally, project experience in the implementation or further development of solutions from Ceyoniq Technology
- Interest in contributing to the design and implementation of document management and archiving solutions
- Initial experience in creating IT technical concepts and client presentations
- Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum or similar is desirable
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluent German and ideally good English
