• Collaborate within a consulting team of consultants and developers to support clients in the implementation, customization and further development of nscale, d.velop Documents and other software solutions
• Support workshops to analyze processes and information objects (documents, data) as well as technical infrastructures
• Contribute to the development of business and technical concepts, as well as the optimization of business processes and integration of IT systems
• Take on smaller customization and administration tasks or qualify customer requirements for the development team
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, business cases, presentations and decision papers
