About the role

  • Support in the operational advising of managers on personnel-related issues and gradual assumption of broader HR responsibilities in the context of HR Business Partnering
  • Handling administrative HR processes across the employee life cycle and ensuring reliable execution
  • Communication with employees and managers on general HR-related topics
  • Close and constructive collaboration with the works council in day-to-day matters
  • Participation in internal HR projects, e.g., for process optimization, standardization or digitalization
  • Actively contributing own ideas to the development and professionalization of HR work

Requirements

  • Commercial training or degree with a focus on HR, business administration or a comparable field
  • Relevant practical experience in HR, particularly in HR administration and employee support
  • Conscientious, structured and reliable working style
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with HR systems, ideally SAP
  • Confident, team-oriented and comfortable interacting with various stakeholders
  • Solid basic understanding of business contexts and initial practical knowledge of labor/employment law
  • Fluent German skills and preferably good English
