About the role

  • Active advice and support for managers on operational and strategic personnel matters, acting as a central point of contact
  • Independently drive the development and implementation of HR processes in the supported organizational units, including digitalization and automation
  • Close and constructive collaboration with the works council on operational issues
  • Active participation and co-design in projects to optimize processes and further develop HR activities
  • Contribute your own initiatives and ideas to shape the future-oriented direction of our HR work

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge in HR work with a focus on personnel management or HR business partnering
  • Experience advising managers and working with various stakeholders
  • A structured, solution-oriented working style and willingness to take responsibility for processes and projects
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a confident presence even in challenging situations
  • Knowledge of business management principles, labor and works constitution law, and ideally SAP HCM
  • Fluent German and ideally good English
