About the role
- Active advice and support for managers on operational and strategic personnel matters, acting as a central point of contact
- Independently drive the development and implementation of HR processes in the supported organizational units, including digitalization and automation
- Close and constructive collaboration with the works council on operational issues
- Active participation and co-design in projects to optimize processes and further develop HR activities
- Contribute your own initiatives and ideas to shape the future-oriented direction of our HR work
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in HR work with a focus on personnel management or HR business partnering
- Experience advising managers and working with various stakeholders
- A structured, solution-oriented working style and willingness to take responsibility for processes and projects
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a confident presence even in challenging situations
- Knowledge of business management principles, labor and works constitution law, and ideally SAP HCM
- Fluent German and ideally good English
