• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Deliver consultative and solution-focused support to clients, resolving questions and mediating conflicts with partners and suppliers.
• Import credit transactions into the system and manage the sale of these assets to affiliated funds.
• Support the management of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement (DRE), ensuring the figures reflect the strategic reality of the business.
• Perform accounts payable and receivable routines, financial reconciliations, and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports based on bankarization area data and client information.
