About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Deliver consultative and solution-focused support to clients, resolving questions and mediating conflicts with partners and suppliers.
Import credit transactions into the system and manage the sale of these assets to affiliated funds.
Support the management of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement (DRE), ensuring the figures reflect the strategic reality of the business.
Perform accounts payable and receivable routines, financial reconciliations, and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports based on bankarization area data and client information.
As we are constantly evolving and growing, we expect you to adapt quickly to new scenarios and help improve our internal processes by proposing efficiency gains.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Currently enrolled in Accounting or Business Administration.
Residence: preference for candidates located in Curitiba and the surrounding region.
Experience: prior exposure to accounting/financial routines and comfort working with Income Statements (DRE) and Balance Sheets.
Tools: proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (essential), Google Drive, and collaboration tools such as Notion.
Organization and Adaptability: strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt—bankarization is a process-driven area.
