About the role
- Performing a variety of pharmacometrics analyses at Gilead
- Involvement with several aspects of the product development process
- Provide input into a breadth of products across Gilead portfolio
- Developing and implementing clinical pharmacology and modeling/simulation strategies
- Collaborating with the Clinical Pharmacologist regarding optimal implementation and conduct of clinical pharmacology studies
- Contributing to and representing the department on multifunctional project teams
Requirements
- 0+ years of experience in pharmacokinetics or a related scientific discipline
- MD, PhD, or PharmD degree
- Working knowledge of pharmacokinetic program and analysis software (such as WinNonlin, SAS, etc.)
- Strong quantitative skills and technical expertise in modeling and simulation activities
- Familiarity with modeling and simulation software programs (NONMEM, R, LATEX, MATLAB, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for quantitative analysis, MIDD, and MI3 pilot programs is a plus
