About the role
- Lead VDC Engineers on constructability and coordination tasks on a project
- Develop project approach, scope and budget
- Ensure that projects are staffed with appropriate VDC resources
- Monitor quality and execution of project deliverables and processes
- Train direct reports on processes, procedures, and completion of daily tasks
- Collaborate closely with business development to ensure seamless integration with sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM) or related field
- 5-7 years of VDC Coordination experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Expert knowledge of BIM design software
- Strong knowledge of complex design concepts and integrated building components and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to train and develop VDC Engineers on a variety of VDC tasks and processes
