About the role

  • Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights and streamline reporting.
  • Automate operations and train analysts and business users on data tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data and guide strategic priorities.
  • Build attribution models, performance metrics, and customer journey maps to track campaign impact.
  • Manage data modeling, ETL processes, and optimization initiatives.
  • Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead the migration from Azure to Snowflake and Power BI to Tableau, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance.
  • Develop the strategy and architecture for a marketing data lake with effective data acquisition and governance.
  • Identify bottlenecks, enhance data pipelines, and ensure data health and accessibility across teams.
  • Partner with IT and marketing to align data infrastructure with business goals and ensure governance best practices.
  • Lead Snowflake and Tableau adoption through workshops and documentation.
  • Conduct deep quantitative research and design predictive and machine learning models to shape program strategy and accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Math, Data Science/Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in modern enterprise data architecture and analytics.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization in Tableau and other similar tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL; familiarity in Snowflake or similar tools.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with predictive modeling and machine learning using Python, R, or Java.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, Azure, and Tableau.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of attribution models, segmentation, and predictive analytics.
  • Strong data interpretation, statistical analysis, and optimization skills.
  • Ability to track and enhance marketing campaign performance.
  • Experience leading data migration and lifecycle projects.
  • Effective collaboration with marketing, IT, and data teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Focus on data governance and process improvement.
  • Preferred: Experience with B2B marketing analytics and CRM tools like Salesforce or Marketo.
  • Familiarity with data management platforms like Knime is a plus.
