About the role
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights and streamline reporting.
- Automate operations and train analysts and business users on data tools and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data and guide strategic priorities.
- Build attribution models, performance metrics, and customer journey maps to track campaign impact.
- Manage data modeling, ETL processes, and optimization initiatives.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead the migration from Azure to Snowflake and Power BI to Tableau, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance.
- Develop the strategy and architecture for a marketing data lake with effective data acquisition and governance.
- Identify bottlenecks, enhance data pipelines, and ensure data health and accessibility across teams.
- Partner with IT and marketing to align data infrastructure with business goals and ensure governance best practices.
- Lead Snowflake and Tableau adoption through workshops and documentation.
- Conduct deep quantitative research and design predictive and machine learning models to shape program strategy and accelerate growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Math, Data Science/Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in modern enterprise data architecture and analytics.
- Advanced skills in data visualization in Tableau and other similar tools.
- Proficiency in SQL; familiarity in Snowflake or similar tools.
- Extensive hands-on experience with predictive modeling and machine learning using Python, R, or Java.
- Proficiency in Snowflake, Azure, and Tableau.
- Experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
- Knowledge of attribution models, segmentation, and predictive analytics.
- Strong data interpretation, statistical analysis, and optimization skills.
- Ability to track and enhance marketing campaign performance.
- Experience leading data migration and lifecycle projects.
- Effective collaboration with marketing, IT, and data teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Focus on data governance and process improvement.
- Preferred: Experience with B2B marketing analytics and CRM tools like Salesforce or Marketo.
- Familiarity with data management platforms like Knime is a plus.
