About the role

  • Architect, design, and implement visibility and security solutions for Service Providers using EPC and 5GC technologies
  • Work with cross-functional groups to contribute to product specifications, software architecture, and design
  • Develop innovative 5G cloud solutions compatible with various cloud environments
  • Analyze system requirements and create precise technical specifications
  • Handle defects identified by customers or internal teams and provide solutions
  • Lead scrum teams to ensure high-quality feature development and system performance
  • Guide and mentor junior team members and perform regular code reviews
  • Operate in a fast-paced engineering environment as part of a dynamic team

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech) or master’s degree
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, particularly in networking software
  • Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages
  • Strong understanding of software development principles
  • Hands-on experience with multithreading and multiprocessing architectures
  • Familiarity with Data Plane Development Kit (DPDK) is a plus
  • Experience with networking protocols across L2, L3, L4, and L7
  • Practical experience with cloud-based solutions (ESXi or Kubernetes) is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of 5G architecture
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
