About the role
- Architect, design, and implement visibility and security solutions for Service Providers using EPC and 5GC technologies
- Work with cross-functional groups to contribute to product specifications, software architecture, and design
- Develop innovative 5G cloud solutions compatible with various cloud environments
- Analyze system requirements and create precise technical specifications
- Handle defects identified by customers or internal teams and provide solutions
- Lead scrum teams to ensure high-quality feature development and system performance
- Guide and mentor junior team members and perform regular code reviews
- Operate in a fast-paced engineering environment as part of a dynamic team
Requirements
- Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech) or master’s degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, particularly in networking software
- Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Hands-on experience with multithreading and multiprocessing architectures
- Familiarity with Data Plane Development Kit (DPDK) is a plus
- Experience with networking protocols across L2, L3, L4, and L7
- Practical experience with cloud-based solutions (ESXi or Kubernetes) is an added advantage
- Knowledge of 5G architecture
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
