About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior or mid-level developers
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps
- Optimize application performance and stability
- Ensure software quality through automated testing
Requirements
- Language: Ruby
- Framework: Ruby on Rails
- Database: PostgreSQL
- APIs: GraphQL (an alternative or complement to REST)
- Cache/In-Memory Storage: Redis
- Asynchronous Processing: Sidekiq (uses Redis for queues)
- Messaging/Advanced Queues: RabbitMQ (for distributed architectures or microservices)
- Advanced English
