About the role
- Lead the development of web applications using Laravel and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure quality deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing web applications.
- 5+ years of experience with Laravel (PHP 8+) and React.
- Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development practices.
- Experience with React Native is a big plus.
- Experience with APIs (REST/GraphQL), app performance, and cloud deployments (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
- Strong agile/scrum development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Nice to Have: Experience leading teams through migrations from vanilla PHP to Laravel.
