About the role
- Serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
- Leads patient and consumer journey analytics
- Drives advanced analytics and data science initiatives
- Establishes and evolves scalable analytics infrastructure
- Partners cross-functionally with various teams
- Defines and governs key metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks
- Builds and leads a high-performing analytics team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, finance, business, engineering, or related field (Required)
- Master’s degree in business, analytics, or related discipline (Preferred)
- 10-15+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, pharma services analytics, or performance governance roles (Required)
- Experience leading analytics teams at the Director level or above (Required)
- Experience translating complex analytics into actionable insights (Required)
- Knowledge of the patient access and specialty pharmacy ecosystem (Required)
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills (Required)
- Proficiency with modern analytics and business intelligence tools, such as SQL, Python or R, Tableau, Power BI (Required)
