About the role

  • Commercial responsibility for projects and orders for customers and subsidiaries in an international environment
  • Order entry and processing in the ERP system (SAP SD and PS modules) and tracking of agreed delivery dates
  • Assessment and implementation of commercial and logistical customer requirements
  • Initiation of delivery processing in collaboration with the respective specialist departments
  • Invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments
  • Initiation of supporting processes such as commission accruals, commission payments, risk assessment, master data creation
  • Inside sales support for customers
  • Support in the preparation of quotations

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or engineering, alternatively completed training as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in project order processing within an internationally operating industrial company
  • Knowledge of SAP (modules SD, MM and PP/PS)
  • Goal-oriented, self-reliant and team-oriented working style as well as good assertiveness
  • Intercultural competence and fluent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage
