About the role
- Define and implement a forward-looking security films portfolio
- Develop strategic and operational initiatives as well as innovative product and design concepts
- Act as an active interface with Sales and Marketing for the launch and commercialization of the product portfolio
- Continuously monitor competitors and derive opportunities and risks
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in engineering, natural sciences, business, or an MBA
- Relevant professional experience in product management, strategic planning, or in engineering/R&D, ideally in the film industry or related sectors
- Passion for aesthetics and design
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Team-oriented working style
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
