Lead end of end payroll processing for all Canada & USA legal entities
Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations
Review payroll outputs, reconciliations, tax filings, and year-end activities (W-2, T4, etc.)
Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on payroll processes and systems
Partner with Legal and Tax teams on audits, inquiries, and compliance matters

Requirements

Ten (10)+ years of progressive payroll experience, including U.S. and Canadian payroll
Experience in a Shared Services or centralized payroll environment
Experience supporting multi-state and multi-provincial payrolls
Advanced proficiency with HCM/HRIS platforms (i.e. Dayforce, ADP, ServiceNow)
Advanced skills in Excel and experience with HR reporting tools and analytics
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
A specialized Canadian payroll designation of PCP or PLP is required
