About the role

  • G+D Mobile Security, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IoT Connectivity Account Manager responsible for revenue growth in the G+D connectivity and IoT Solutions product portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, develop and close deals with new leads and grow share of wallet with existing accounts.
  • Be part of sales team and manage account relationships across mobile network operators, automotive manufacturers, chip/module manufacturers, transport and logistics providers.
  • Actively shape the digital transformation with secure connectivity solutions including SIM, eSIM, iSIM, embedded OS, life cycle management, services for global connectivity and IoT solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders around the globe and benefit from career development and training.

Requirements

  • Proven Cold Acquisition and Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Maintains an accurate pipeline and forecast for revenue target achievement in Customer Relationship Management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively in written and spoken formats.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situation and deadline pressures
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
  • High level of initiative and works well in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as required
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience in sales or account management with a focus in the IoT ecosystem, preferability with connectivity sales experience.
  • Experience in transport/logistics IoT is a plus
  • Technical competence and technical sales proficiency in IoT industry
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Graduate degree required
  • English mandatory, Italian desired
