About the role
- Create and deploy the company’s internal communication strategy to employees
- Support the company’s evolution and strategic changes
- Help build a company culture based on performance, values and collaboration
- Define the internal communication strategy and associated roadmap aligned with the company’s priorities
- Bring the company’s culture and employer brand to life through the organization of unifying events
- Create multi-format content: visuals, carousels, short videos, interviews, employee profiles, on-the-ground reports, etc.
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal communications, community management, corporate communications, or employee experience
- Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of autonomy in project execution
- Strong background in community management
- Creative and highly proficient with digital tools, social media and AI (advanced knowledge of Canva and a video editing software required)
- Sensitivity to cultural, social and CSR issues
- Professional working proficiency in English is required for this role
