About the role
- Own and manage month-end close across multiple clients, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
- Review and supervise bookkeeping staff, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely deliverables.
- Oversee AP/AR, payroll coordination, and cash flow tracking.
- Prepare financial reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and budget vs. actual analyses.
- Maintain tax-ready financials and support tax preparation and compliance processes.
- Partner with leadership on process improvements, systems, and scalable workflows.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in multi-client or outsourced environments.
- Strong knowledge of accrual accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Experience supervising staff or offshore teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
