About the role

  • Prepare journal entries and assist with accruals and reconciliations
  • Support the month-end close and help track key accounting details
  • Cross-check data across systems related to payments, invoicing, and client activity
  • Respond to questions from internal teams and help resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with variance analysis, audits, and ad hoc reporting
  • Help maintain clean, reliable financial data across the business units you support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or client-based service environment (preferred, not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA not required)
  • Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Experience working with large data sets and reconciling information across multiple sources
  • Ability to manage multiple requests at once and shift priorities quickly
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural instinct to double-check details
  • QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills
