About the role
- Map and approach companies and decision-makers aligned with GHFLY's ICP.
- Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting using a consultative approach.
- Identify business pain points and connect them to GHFLY's performance marketing solutions.
- Qualify opportunities with a focus on quality and potential value generation.
- Generate strategic pipeline and support the Business team by transferring opportunity context.
- Build and optimize prospecting approaches, cadences, and sequences.
- Participate in initial meetings with prospects when necessary.
- Monitor funnel metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a BDR, preferably in marketing agencies, consultancies, or B2B service environments.
- Experience with consultative selling and generating qualified opportunities in complex contexts.
- Practical knowledge of qualification methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital and performance marketing (media, CRM, data, growth, e-commerce).
- Strong communication, argumentation, and positioning in conversations with decision-makers.
- Ability to work with targets, KPIs, and pipeline predictability.
- Analytical mindset focused on business impact and revenue generation.
