About the role

  • Act strategically in defining and evolving the Experience area, connecting user experience, performance, and business goals of GHFLY and its clients.
  • Define experience and digital product guidelines based on commercial objectives, ensuring impact on conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • Manage and develop the Experience team (UX/UI, CX, research, content, CRO, among others), promoting technical growth, continuous feedback, and individual development plans.
  • Structure, standardize, and evolve Experience processes, including discovery, research, UX, UI, testing, and continuous optimization.
  • Ensure methodological consistency, best practices, and frameworks across projects and clients.
  • Serve as the main strategic point of contact for the Experience area with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in planning meetings, scope definition, and roadmap construction.
  • Defend experience decisions based on data, research, and commercial impact.
  • Monitor and analyze Experience performance indicators (conversion, funnel, churn, LTV, CAC, among others).
  • Lead CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and continuous experience improvement.
  • Work integrally with technology, media, content, CRM, and support teams, ensuring technical feasibility of solutions.
  • Plan team capacity, project allocation, and priorities, supporting effort estimates, timelines, and costs.
  • Encourage innovation by evaluating trends, tools, and new approaches in e-Experience, UX, and martech.

Requirements

  • Solid experience leading Experience, UX, CX, CRO, or Digital Product areas.
  • Strategic experience with e-Experience, user experience, and digital performance.
  • Experience managing and developing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strategic, collaborative profile with business acumen.
  • Organized, autonomous, ownership mindset, and clear prioritization.
  • English preferred.
