About the role
- Design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions for enterprise-level products.
- Influence and guide stakeholders across levels, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve product goals.
- Work across multiple interdependent products, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with the technical roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, and architects on planning, prioritization, and long-term strategy.
- Evaluate new technologies, create business cases for adoption, and lead implementations to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and introduce new perspectives into the organization.
- Continually improve engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor and coach junior, mid-level, and senior engineers, fostering a strong learning culture.
- Ensure software quality by identifying and resolving defects, validating specifications, and executing QA processes.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures aligned with established standards.
- Follow company policies, HR guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in software engineering, including:
- o Mastery of relevant programming languages and enterprise development principles (Angular, typescript, java, python, .NET, etc).
- o Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
- o Significant involvement in building complex, enterprise-level products.
