About the role

  • with a strong background and experience in extranet connectivity (mpls/dmvpn/vpn (route and policy based), as well as a strong background in routing/switching/enterprise infrastructure.
  • Load balancer configuration is a must.
  • OSI model/TCP stack troubleshooting and analysis is also a must.
  • The NE will be working on application migrations, client migrations, and infrastructure build in support of our Cloud9 project.
  • Cisco, Fortinet, Brocade, Citrix Netscaler Load Balancers, F5 Load Balancers are key areas I am focused on with experience in building and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Networking technologies(CCNA preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with VPN workflows (CISCO)
  • Experience with Citrix Networking Solutions (e.g, Citrix, ADC/NetScaler)
  • Solid understanding network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, etc)
  • Experience with Cloud platforms -AWS (preferred) or Azure.
  • Familiarity with Cloud networking components( VPCs, Transit Gateway, VPN, Direct Connect)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • AWS or Azure certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate).
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and hybrid cloud connectivity models.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise network environments.
