About the role
- Inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team of operations, sales, and administrative staff.
- Own the P&L, analyze the numbers, optimize routes, manage budgets, and find creative ways to maximize profitability.
- Champion a world-class safety culture ensuring compliance with all DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive management experience in a highly operational, logistics, transportation, or waste management environment.
- You know your way around a P&L statement and have a proven track record of driving revenue and managing costs.
- You are a natural leader who knows how to build trust, resolve conflicts, and develop future leaders from within your ranks.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.
