• Source, qualify, and engage prospective Limited Partners (LPs) across institutional and private-wealth channels.
• Manage the full capital raising process, including outreach, investor meetings, due diligence coordination, negotiation support, and closing of capital commitments.
• Support preparation and refinement of investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, fund summaries, performance updates, and ongoing communications.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing investors to drive repeat and follow-on commitments.
• Represent MREP at industry conferences, investor meetings, and roadshows.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Acquisitions, Asset Management, Finance) to ensure alignment on fund strategy, pipeline updates, and performance reporting.
• Monitor investor feedback, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform fundraising efforts.
• Ensure accurate tracking of investor interactions, pipeline activity, and fundraising progress.
