About the role
- Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales representatives
- Be the first point of contact for customers post-sale
- Engage in discovery activities for customer needs
- Process, code, and manage invoices and agreements
- Use CRM software to track interactions
- Provide paperwork and admin support to the sales team
- Help customers coordinate event coverage bookings

Requirements
- Business level French language skills
- 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service, administrative, or project-support role
- An interest and desire to progress into a sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible and proactive attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and similar CRM systems
