About the role

  • actively generate and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects aligned with GetResponse’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • conduct thorough discovery calls using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT to identify client needs, pain points, and budget
  • deliver tailored demos and prepare value-driven proposals
  • act as a company representative at industry events and conferences
  • maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales activity
  • collaborate with SDRs to improve lead quality and conversion

Requirements

  • native Romanian and English at a minimum B2 level
  • at least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably with 1 year of experience in selling SaaS applications
  • experience selling to Romanian SMB and mid-market customers
  • independence and strong project management skills
  • an ownership mindset and a strong drive to win
