About the role
- actively generate and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects aligned with GetResponse’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- conduct thorough discovery calls using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT to identify client needs, pain points, and budget
- deliver tailored demos and prepare value-driven proposals
- act as a company representative at industry events and conferences
- maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales activity
- collaborate with SDRs to improve lead quality and conversion
Requirements
- native Romanian and English at a minimum B2 level
- at least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably with 1 year of experience in selling SaaS applications
- experience selling to Romanian SMB and mid-market customers
- independence and strong project management skills
- an ownership mindset and a strong drive to win
