About the role
- Lead and schedule all warehouse staff (e.g., order pickers, forklift operators, receiving personnel) in close coordination with the operations control center
- Plan, manage and monitor operational processes in order picking and loading
- Continuously optimize logistics workflows and processes
- Responsible for adherence to planned costs as well as performance and quality KPIs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable occupational safety measures, operating instructions and accident prevention regulations
- Evaluate and analyze logistics metrics and derive and implement appropriate measures for process improvement
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) with further qualification as a Logistics Supervisor (Logistikmeister) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in beverage logistics
- Solid technical and leadership skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP
- Independent, responsible and cost-conscious working style
- Strong communication skills, confident manner and assertiveness
