Payroll

• Independently and timely processing of payroll, including all related tasks, for a defined area of responsibility (approx. 300 employees)
• Management of timekeeping systems and handling of associated processes
• Personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding
• Point of contact for employees, social insurance institutions and authorities on payroll tax and social security matters
• Handling of reporting and certification procedures, and correspondence with tax offices and authorities
• Preparation of analyses and statistics for monthly reporting
