About the role

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design value-adding solutions.
  • Act as the technical authority throughout the entire sales and implementation cycle.
  • Provide direct insights to our R&D team to help shape product development and the future roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS to identify knowledge gaps and lead initiatives to improve our internal skill sets.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and the SaaS tech ecosystem.
  • Occasionally travel to meet with our customers and partners in person.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or consulting, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • A solid understanding of software, APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Experience with major platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer value, ROI, and strategic solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive co-selling, technical enablement, and implementation alongside product and sales teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish is a strong merit.
