Social Media Manager

• Manage and grow our social media partnerships (primarily Instagram), including planning, booking, and executing sponsored posts.
• Proactively acquire new social media partners (creators, pages, media outlets).
• Develop content ideas and formats and turn them into concrete assets (e.g., posts, Stories, simple Reels using Canva or similar).
• Plan and publish regular content on our own social media channels.
• Monitor and manage performance with the goal of continuously improving content and partnerships.
• Optionally, other marketing topics may be added (e.g., offline marketing or content/campaign marketing).
