Marketing Manager – Social Media Partnerships

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow our social media partnerships (primarily Instagram), including planning, booking, and executing sponsored posts.
- Proactively acquire new social media partners (creators, pages, media outlets).
- Develop content ideas and formats and turn them into concrete assets (e.g., posts, Stories, simple Reels using Canva or similar).
- Plan and publish regular content on our own social media channels.
- Monitor and manage performance with the goal of continuously improving content and partnerships.
- Optionally, other marketing topics may be added (e.g., offline marketing or content/campaign marketing).
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of practical experience in marketing, ideally in social media, content, or partnerships.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media mechanics.
- Creative sensibility for content and the ability to generate and execute ideas independently.
- Comfortable using basic image-editing tools (e.g., Canva) and possibly video editing (e.g., CapCut), or able to learn quickly.
- Fully fluent in German and English.
- Hands-on mentality, self-initiative, and enthusiasm for challenges.
