About the role
- Lead and manage a team of pension administrators
- Ensure the quality and compliance of operations related to pension file management
- Serve as the team’s point of reference and ensure performance and client satisfaction objectives are met
- Supervise, coach and develop the skills of a team of pension administrators
- Organize and plan activity to meet deadlines and quality commitments
- Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure regulatory compliance and the reliability of processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools
- Maintain communication and coordination with other internal departments
Requirements
- Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in management, HR, finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pension management or a similar environment, including 1 to 2 years in team management
- Leadership and ability to bring the team together
- Proficiency with office tools and management software
- Knowledge of pension regulations
- Strong organizational skills, rigor and results orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching ability and analytical mindset
